The Village of Camp Douglas Industrial Park is approximately 9 acres with available lots, located on US Hwy 12 & 16, and near Interstate 90/94.

Either a building or a zoning permit shall be obtained from the Village before any building or structure is located, relocated, built, erected, enlarged, moved, reconstructed, altered, or extended, or before the use of any building, structure or property is commenced, changed or altered.

A permit is also needed for an electric upgrade.

Applications are to be dropped off or mailed to the Village Clerk's office.  You may also e-mail your application and map.
