- Remember that burning permits are required for any outdoor burning including leaves or brush. Permits must be obtained in advance by contacting the Fire Chief at 608-427-3809 or [email protected].
- Brush will be picked up on Mondays after putting it to the curb. Brush should be stacked parrellel to the curb in 10-12 ft sections. No larger than 4-ft deep by 4-ft high.
- Leaves will be vacuumed every Monday during leaf season Please rake your leaves so they are in a row along the street (boulevard if you have one) but not in the street so they can easily be vacuumed. Please make sure there is no brush or garbage mixed with your leaves as this could potentially damage the machine.
